Mission
Statement
The Mission of the Community Transition Council of Hamilton
County is to empower individuals as they prepare today for their
lives tomorrow by coordinating or creating resources and
opportunities within the community to achieve personal, societal and
career goals.
About us
The
Community Transition Council of Hamilton County is a liaison between
the community and individuals with disabilities. By helping
identify vocational, leisure and residential opportunities in
Hamilton County, the Council is creating a more productive, diverse
community.
The
Council's membership consists of young adults with disabilities
and their families, state agencies, private service
