The designated distance education classroom in the CHS library media center is equipped with a variety of technologies--including IP-based and ISDN-type systems--to enable teachers and learners to communicate via telecommunications in a multitude of ways to share and participate in instruction across the state and around the world.

The Eliot Rosewater Indiana High School Book Award--often referred to simply as the "Rosie"--is a state-wide program administered by the Indiana Library Federation that annually recognizes a book and its author selected by participating Indiana students in grades nine through twelve.
