International Baccalaureate at Carmel High School
Diploma Coordinator (and CCS Teacher of the Year) Katie Overbeck presented the School Board with an overview of the International Baccalaureate program and its current status at Carmel High School. Students may take an IB course 'a la carte' similar to AP or Dual-Credit, or pursue a full IB Diploma.
Carmel High School is one of only 18 IB World Schools in Indiana.
The IB develops inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through education that builds intercultural understanding and respect.
