CHS Visual Arts

Welcome to the Carmel High School Art Department! The Art Department provides a learning environment both for the student planning a career in Art and the student with a general interest in the Visual Arts. Students are provided a well-rounded Art experience through a variety of course offerings including: Art History, Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, Sculpture, Jewelry, Fiber, Graphic Design, Sculpture, and Photography.  AP Art History, ACP Dual Credit Art History, AP Studio Art and IB are Advanced courses students may take for college credits.  CTE Pathway courses available for Digital and Graphic Design.  Extracurricular opportunities for students include: Crochet Club, Jewelry Club, Animation Club, and National Art Honor Society.
