Program of Studies

The Middle School Program of Studies outlines the courses available for 6th-8th grade students. It also explains the block schedule and scheduling timeline.

Withdrawal or Student Transfer

Complete the Withdrawal Form and submit it as soon as possible if you intend to withdraw your student(s) from Carmel Clay Schools. The information requested allows for transfer of records to the new school, as well as forwarding of any materials left behind or items ordered but not yet received at the time of withdrawal (school pictures, yearbook, etc.). 

Notify Student Services if you intend to move to a home located within the boundaries of a different Carmel Clay school at any time during the school year or over the summer break. We will collect the necessary proof of residency documents from you and notify the new school of the impending transfer.
