Single day absences and late arrivals should be reported to the office by 8:30 am via email (CWE_Admin_Assistants@ccs.k12.in.us) or voicemail message on the attendance phone line (317-733-6430, option 6). 

As a courtesy, you may choose to copy the teacher on your email. 

Planned absences of two or more consecutive days should be reported at least two weeks in advance by submitting a Pre-Arranged Absence Form.
