SCHOOL DISMISSAL MANAGER:

ATTENDANCE: Report absences or late arrivals prior to 8:00 am (8:40 am for late start). For pre-arranged absences of 2 days or more, please also complete this absence form in addition to School Dismissal Manager. 

LEAVING EARLY: Add an exception in School Dismissal Manager and select, "Leaving Early." Indicate if your child will be returning to school or leaving for the day. Bring your picture identification into the office to sign out your child. We are unable to call students to the office prior to your arrival.

DISMISSAL: Complete any changes to your child's default dismissal no later than 1:30 pm on the date of the change. We are not able to make changes after that time.To change your child's default dismissal, please contact the office.

Picture Day Grades 1-5:

PRE-ORDERING for College Wood Picture Day is now open! To order with a debit or credit card, please follow the link below. All pre-ordering will close after Thursday, August 20. You do not need to turn in any receipt or form for an online order. Proof ordering will be available 4-6 weeks after photo day once proof packages have been delivered.

Pup Running: Grades 4 & 5

Pup Running is a Carmel school-based youth running program that is committed to encouraging fitness among elementary age children through the sport of running.

Registration: Is only offered online at www.puprunning.org  until AUGUST 20th - NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED

Coaches: Stefanie Smith, Raul Medina Mora Nieto, Anuj Gupta, and Alison Tharp. If you are interested in being a parent volunteer to assist with practices, please contact your child’s coach at CWEPupRun@gmail.com.

Cost for Pup Running: $30.00 with College Wood Team Pup Running dri-fit shirt; $20.00 without a team dri-fit shirt. (The shirts are optional but custom. Once the order is placed, we cannot order more. While considered optional, the vast majority of runners order shirts).

Practice Schedule: Days: In the weeks before our meets begin, we will have practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8/25, 8/27, 9/1, and 9/3). In the weeks we have meets, we will have only one practice per week, and these practices will be held on Tuesdays (9/8, 9/15, and 9/22). Time: Immediately after school – 3:30 pm

2026 Fall Cross Country Season:
Pup Meet #1 (Wed) Sept. 9 5:30 p.m. at Northview Church XC Course
Pup Meet #2 (Wed) Sept. 16 5:30 p.m. at Northview Church XC Course
Pup Meet #3 (Wed) Sept. 23 5:30 p.m. at Northview Church XC Course
(Each athlete will have the opportunity to compete in a 2K Run which is 1.24 miles)
