November CWE Calendar

Utilize SDM for absence, tardy, and leaving early

When SDM is utilized, no e-mail or phone call to the teacher or the office is required.

Are you picking up your child early? Follow these directions:

  • Select the "date" that your student will be leaving early.
  • Select "add exception" to the student involved.
  • Scroll down for dismissal options and select "Leaving Early."
  • Answer the questions and select "Add Exception" at the bottom.

When you arrive at College Wood, please come into the office with your ID.

We will not call your student to the office until you arrive so please allow 5-10 minutes for your student to pack up and transition to the office.

Add your mobile number

Please follow these steps to add your mobile number:

  • Go to School Dismissal Manager online. (This feature does not appear in the SDM app.)
  • Select "Preferences" at the top.
  • Add your number.
  • Select "Update" at the bottom.

Thank you for taking the time to make things easier for our front office!
