Use SDM to report leaving early

Parents may now utilize SDM to report that a student is leaving early. When picking up your student early from school, no e-mail to teachers or the office is necessary. Simply report your early pick up in School Dismissal Manager by following these steps:

  • Go to School Dismissal Manager online or use the SDM App.
  • Select the "date" that your student will be leaving early.
  • Select "add exception" to the student involved.
  • Scroll down for dismissal options and select "Leaving Early."
  • Answer the questions and select "Add Exception" at the bottom.

When you arrive at College Wood, please come into the office with your ID. We will not call your student to the office until you arrive so please allow 5-10 minutes for your student to pack up and transition to the office.

Add your mobile number

Please follow these steps to add your mobile number:

  • Go to School Dismissal Manager online. (This feature does not appear in the SDM app.)
  • Select "Preferences" at the top.
  • Add your number.
  • Select "Update" at the bottom.

Thank you for taking the time to make things easier for our front office!

News from Ms. Cross

Please continue to remind your child to follow Safety Rule #4: Talk It Up to a Safe Adult when they know someone is being bullied or if they happen to be the one being bullied.

Remind them the importance of being an Upstander who takes action by telling the bully to stop, helping the victim, and most importantly, telling an adult who can help. Our goal is that no one would be a Bystander who witnesses bullying and cyberbullying in action, but who stands by and watches, and who does and says nothing.

Please utilize the information sheet below to review with your child how to identify and report bullying.

We had an impressive 65 runners across the finish line at the final meet this week. Over half of those set a new personal record for themselves! In addition, the  5th grade girls pulled off a first place team finish and the 5th grade boys finished 2nd place overall! WOW!
