PICTURE RETAKES:

Retake/makeup picture day is Wednesday, October 7.

RETAKES: If you need a retake of your original image and placed an order, you MUST turn in your packet with all contents to the photographer to get a full replacement package. If you did not place an order or ordered a digital download only, please bring your packet with the proof insert.

MAKEUP PICTURES: If you missed the original photo day, you do not need to turn anything in to the photographer. Ordering for makeup day will be available via the link below 24 hours before Wednesday, October 7.

LOST AND FOUND:

Our Lost and Found has many items that need to be claimed! We will be cleaning out our Lost & Found on Friday October 9th. We do our best to get labeled items returned to students. All unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES:

Appointment registration links will be e-mailed to all families on the evening of October 5. Please do not contact teachers in advance with scheduling conflicts or special requests.

Thursday, November 5: Elementary schools dismiss at 11:10 am

• Conferences will be held in the afternoon and evening.
• Bus transportaion and carpool will operate as they do during regular dismissal time, except at 11:10 am. Transportation reminders will be emailed the week of October 20.
• There will be no ESE after-school care on November 5.
• Students may sign up for a to-go lunch with food services. A registration form will be emailed separately in October.

Friday, November 6: No school for elementary students

• Conferences wil be held in the morning.
• There will be no in-person or virtual instruction on this day.

Join our competitive team where students in grades KG-5 and their parent/caregiver learn 5 strategy board games, build confidence, and have a blast!

GHOSTS & GOBLINS FUN RUN:

There’s still time to be part of this frightfully fun Carmel tradition! The Carmel Education Foundation (CEF) Ghosts & Goblins 1M/5K Run/Walk is Saturday, October 24th. Festivities start at 8:00 a.m. in the Carmel High School parking lot. Dress in costume (optional), gather your favorite ghouls and goblins, and run or walk to show your school spirit. Both the 1Mile and 5K are timed, with prizes for top finishers in every 5K age category. Proceeds support CEF’s scholarships, classroom grants, and district-wide programs.
