chromebook reminder

All CCS Chromebooks will be sent home with students grades K-8 over the summer. Students may continue to use Chromebooks for educational review over summer break, if appropriate for your family. Please choose a safe place for the device and charger to be stored until we return to school in the fall.

Only those students not returning to Carmel Clay Schools next year will return their device before summer break. All others, regardless of a change in schools or grade level within the district, will keep your assigned Chromebook.

BIKE TO SCHOOL
Parents and kids, fasten your helmets and hop on your bikes for BIKE TO SCHOOL DAY on Wednesday, May 5th.  The City of Carmel’s Alternative Transportation Department encourages everyone to bike together with a purpose - to promote health, safety, physical activity and concern for the environment.  Parents, please accompany your child on the ride to school and choose to either transport bikes back home after the ride OR complete a dismissal change to “carpool” and meet your student on the front sidewalk at dismissal for the bike ride back home together. We do not have bike racks on our campus but suggest bikes left at school during the day be locked up along the parking lot side of the kindergarten playground fence.

Online Registration opens on Monday, March 1st at noon for Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation summer camps. Spots fill quickly, so register early to reserve your child’s spot! Please note, the Summer Experience camp will be hosted at College Wood this summer!
