New/Prospective Student Tour

Prospective student tours are offered exclusively for families seeking information about Carmel Clay Schools.

Tours are not designed for newly enrolled students and will not be permitted.

Our staff is well-prepared to welcome all students and families, including those new to the district, public schools, or starting Kindergarten. Each school provides orientation and community-building opportunities throughout the year. Again, students currently enrolled or planning to enroll should not register for tours. 

Registration is required. Please plan to bring your ID to check in upon arrival. If you have any questions, please email communications@ccs.k12.in.us. 

We are currently scheduling dates for the 2024-2025 school year. Please do not submit this form if there is no tour selected. Check back regularly for additional opportunities. Due to the high volume of requests, we do not schedule individual tours or allow families to attend multiple schools' tours. If you are registered for more than one of the same elementary or middle schools, you will be asked to select one. 

All Carmel Clay Schools offer consistent programs and curriculum. Current non-residents are encouraged to choose a tour that best fits their schedule.
