New Families
Welcome to the Carmel High School PTO and the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome new CHS families to the Greyhound community. The PTO works to support students, teachers, staff, and families while helping create a positive and connected high school experience for everyone.
The CHS PTO helps make many of the school’s most memorable traditions and events possible, including Homecoming Dance, After Prom, Senior Celebration, Teacher & Staff Appreciation events, Distinguished Grads, student grants, and more. Through fundraising, volunteerism, and community support, the PTO provides programs and experiences that directly benefit CHS students and staff throughout the year.
In addition, the CHS Backpack Program helps provide nutritious food to food-insecure students on weekends and school breaks. Support from our families and community makes these important programs possible.
We encourage all families to get involved — whether by volunteering, attending PTO meetings, supporting fundraisers, or simply staying connected throughout the school year. PTO meetings are open to everyone and are a great way to learn more about CHS, meet other families, and hear updates from school administration and PTO leadership.
