Q: How does the PTO earn money to support students, teachers and staff?
A: With the direct donation program.
Q: How much of a donation is recommended per family?
A: $100 per family. However, any amounts are accepted and no donation is too small.
Q: What about PTO Dues?
A: We eliminated dues! If you are a parent or teacher at Creekside Middle School, then you are already a member of the PTO.
Q: Will I have to volunteer?
A: A financial contribution DOES NOT in any way obligate you to volunteer. If you would like to volunteer, we welcome you to sign up. Be sure to have a current background check.
Q: Why are donations needed?
A: Financial contributions allow the PTO to continue their many activities, for example:
- After School Clubs - Student-driven clubs are free!
- Supporting Academic Teams - Engaging classroom materials and more
- Teacher / Staff Appreciation Weeks - Showing our gratitude for the important work within the school community
