The 11th Annual Ghosts & Goblins, presented by the Carmel Education Foundation (CEF), is a fundraising event to benefit the Carmel Clay Schools through education grants.

Friday and Saturday On-site Registration Fees will be an additional $5 per both events.
LIMITED Quantities of Long and Short Sleeve Shirts will be available for purchase at packet pickup.
Students under age 18 must have a signed permission by a parent or guardian.
Children 4 and under are free and must be chaperoned by an adult.

Attention 5th Grade Parents! Keep an eye out for emails from the Fifth Grade Events team (ptefifthgradeevents@gmail.com). We'll be sharing information about special events for our 5th Graders that will be going on throughout the year! Coming up next week, Wednesday September 25th, come join us for the Clay 7th Grade Football game, from 5-6:45pm. See the email from the Fifth Grade Events team for more details.

Get your shoes ready for walking! Join the fun on Wednesday, October 2 by walking to school with friends and family. There will be music and morning snacks for those who come. Let’s have a great turnout!

Donate Cold-Weather Items to the Kids Coats Drive!

September 30 - October 9

Please consider donating your new or gently used winter items to Hamilton County Coats for Kids. This local nonprofit organization distributes these items to children in need.

Place your donated items in boxes at the school entrance:

Clean coats
Mittens and gloves
Hats
Boots

Kids come in ALL Sizes! We accept INFANT sizes through KIDS' 6XL.

We need parents just like you to help us in the cafeteria during lunch time. As a cafeteria helper, you will help the children find a seat, open their lunch items, get all the extras (think parmesan cheese, ketchup, napkins, and utensils!), and maintain PTE lunch room standards! ...all while getting to socialize with your kiddos and their friends. (We all love seeing your FB and Instagram selfies!)

This is a great way to help out in the school, get to know all of your child's classmates, and interact with the staff at PTE.
