Donate Cookies for the Holiday Cookie Exchange!
The teachers and staff look forward to this each year. we need your help to make this successful!
It’s your chance to show off those baking skills and show appreciation to our amazing teachers and staff. This event will take place on December 20th, after dismissal, prior to the teachers leaving for winter break. The teachers will go home with a box of homemade holiday treats and snacks made especially for them. We would love to send each staff member home with 4-6 dozen treats/cookies, meaning we need 4000+ cookies!

PTE DADS (a new part of the PTO) will hold its first event serving donuts and beverages in the PTE Cafeteria with activities in the gym. Come learn more about PTE DADS while spending time with your PTE kid(s)!
Parking: Please park in the designated area of the back parking lot. As a reminder, this parking lot is only accessible via Haverton Way and is not connected to the front lot. Please do not park in the bus lanes.

Help a Family in Need through the Winter Wonderland Program
The Winter Wonderland Program anonymously connects families in need to those with a desire to help. Those that choose to help sponsor a family through our program will be invited to select items from a list of personalized needs and wants.
HELPING IS EASY!
Step 1: Please see Peggy or Deb at the front office and they will assist you in taking a snowflake off the board to help a family in need. If all of the snowflakes are gone, cash donations will be accepted.
Step 2: Please return purchased items, unwrapped in original packaging WITH the snowflakes attached by Mon, Dec 16.
Pre-Winter Break Reminders
1. pay School book fees via PTE website.
You may pay by credit/debit card through the site--or by check or exact cash at the PTE school office. Questions? Call the Prairie Trace Office at 317-571-7925.
2. RETURN ALL LIBRARY BOOKS to the media center.
We can't predict that our beloved Boilermaker Mrs. Dragash won't impose extra fines on IU fans with overdue items.
3. CHECK THE LOST + FOUND in the lobby FOR YOUR CHILD'S BELONGINGS.
Coats and water bottles want to be home for the holidays, too.
