Hours are from 10:00am – 1:00pm. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Reid and apply on the CCS website.

ESE Late Start Image

Free ESE Late Start Before School Program

Late start school days happen 1-2 Wednesdays each month. On late start days, ESE offers a free before school program for all CCS elementary school students. To participate in this program, pre-registration is required.

The ESE late start before school program is offered from 7-8:20 a.m. and school breakfast is provided. The next ESE late start before school program is scheduled for Wed, September 8.

Registration just takes a few minutes and is free. For your child to participate in the ESE late start before school program, they must be enrolled in our EZChildTrack system prior to the beginning of the late start program day. We strongly discourage enrolling your child day-of and may not be able to accept the child into the program.

SOAR LIKE A HAWK is PTE's largest fundraiser of the school year!

The funds raised supply the items necessary to enrich your child’s education above and beyond the funds provided by the school district. And since no outside vendors are used, 100% OF THE FUNDS STAY WITHIN THE SCHOOL. Each year, this campaign is responsible for $20,000 of our total budget. Please help us reach that goal.

THIS YEAR’S DEADLINE IS AUGUST 31, 2021. To be successful, we need every family to participate.

Ways to Donate:

1. BidPal: Click this link: http://bidpal.net/pte or text PTE to 243-725. • If you previously registered for the 2020 Soar Like a Hawk Campaign or 2021 Silent Auction, you will log in using the same credentials.

2. Check: Please make check payable to: Prairie Trace PTO. Send to school in an envelope marked Soar Like A Hawk or mail directly to the school: Prairie Trace Elementary, 14200 River Rd, Carmel, IN 46033.

Several employers will match gifts given to a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Prairie Trace PTO is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We have received matching gifts from corporations such as Roche and Eli Lilly in the past. Please take a moment to find out if your employer matches donations. For questions, please email: ptoprairietrace@gmail.com.

We recommend donating $50 per child to meet our goal for the 2021-22 school year, but please give what you are comfortable and able to donate.

All donations are tax deductible and can be matched by many employers.

CAFETERIA VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

help our PTE students dine safely

and comfortably!

We need parents just like you to help us in the cafeteria during lunch time.  As a cafeteria helper, you will help the children find a seat, open their lunch items, get all the extras (think parmesan cheese, ketchup, napkins, and utensils!), and maintain PTE lunch room standards!  ...all while getting to socialize with your kiddos and their friends. (We all love seeing your FB and Instagram selfies!)
This is a way to help out in the school, get to know all of your child's classmates, and interact with the staff at PTE.

YES, I WANT TO HELP!
