It takes many volunteers to plan, organize, and help throughout the year! We encourage and welcome all parents to become involved with the Woodbrook Elementary PTO in your choice of many different roles--including short-term, one-time event support; leadership roles for specific events or fundraisers; behind-the-scenes help; or serving on ongoing committees. We'd love to help you find the best way to use your talents and interests to support our school!
Volunteer Background Check (Required)
All Woodbrook volunteers MUST have a completed criminal history background check and bullying prevention video form on file with our office. If you are a new volunteer, please make certain you have a completed Criminal History Background Check on file prior to volunteering. If you have multiple students who attend multiple schools in Carmel, you only need one criminal background check (CCS uses Safe Visitor Solutions to acquire the reports). The Woodbrook office will be contacted when the criminal background report is complete. Background checks need to be updated every 3 years.

Mrs. Vahle relies on volunteers to keep the media center up and running. Whether it's checking in returned books, shelving books, being a friendly face to check out students' books, or helping with book fair preparations, Mrs. Vahle would love to have your help with the many things that make visiting the library so fun. Training is available!
