The PTO is the Parent/Teacher Organization, and it is made up of all of you, just by being a parent/guardian of a student here at West Clay Elementary!

Our goal as an organization is to raise money that directly supports the teachers, staff, and students of our school. By participating as a member of our PTO, you help support West Clay Elementary and all the events we host, the services we provide, and the programs we sponsor.

All members are welcome to attend the General Meetings which include reports from the Principal, the PTO Committees, and special guests. Our current PTO Board, Chairs, and Committees are listed below.

MTK is the only way PTO and room parents can communicate important school information to WCE families. Via MTK emails, important information is shared about back to school events, school-wide events (Back to School events, Fun Run, Tailgate, Trunk or Treat, International Festival, Family Paint Nights, etc.), grade-specific events (field trips, special programs, class parties, Kindy 500, Veterans Day Program, 5th Grade Musical, etc.), room parent info, etc.

If you choose to, you can also be included in our WCE Directory on MTK. Being listed in the directory is completely optional. You can still receive emails without being in the directory. You can change your Publishing Preferences/privacy settings to only share as much or as little information as you want. This information will be used by PTO and room parents to share classroom, PTO, and school information as well as provide a full parent directory list to those who have provided their information. There will be no other way for you to receive classroom or parent contact information unless you opt-in to this directory. The school district does NOT provide a school directory.

How to create an MTK account:

1. Create a Membership Toolkit account at https://westclaypto.membershiptoolkit.com/create_account

2. Fill out your Family Information, Directory Information, and Publishing Preferences

3. Please make sure to provide your child's teacher

To update/reactivate your existing MTK account:

1. Log-in to your Membership Toolkit account at https://westclaypto.membershiptoolkit.com/login-form/

2. A blue "Notice" box should appear at the top of the page with a link to update your Contact Information. Update your Family Information (add new students as needed), Directory Information, and Publishing Preferences.

3. Please make sure to update your child's teacher
