What is The PTO?
The Parent / Teacher Organization (PTO) is you, students, staff and teachers of West Clay Elementary. Our goal is to support the teachers, staff and students of our school so they may have the best learning environment and educational experiences and opportunities.
The PTO promotes the best education and environment for each and every student by providing close cooperation among students, parents, teachers and administrators. When everyone works together, the possibilities are endless!
You are already a PTO member because your child attends West Clay Elementary. The PTO supports teachers, students and staff so our school can be an exciting and wonderful place for our students to learn and grow.
The PTO does not collect a membership dues. We do ask for a family donation at the beginning of the year for our Fall Fundraiser Campaign. This campaign as well as events, such as Carnival, provide the money necessary for education enrichment and learning experiences such as field trips.
By being a member of our PTO, you help support West Clay Elementary and all the events we host, services we provide and programs we sponsor, all helping our children have the best educational experience possible.
