Fall Donation Drive

We're just like you -- busy! We keep our fundraising simple, which means that we won't ask your children to sell wrapping paper, magazines or other items. Instead, we ask you to donate to our Fall Fundraiser. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. It helps pay for field trips, classroom subscriptions, recess equipment, supplies for teachers, and school events like the musical, field day, and the Back to School Party.
Suggested giving levels are $160 for families with 2+ children or $80 for families with 1 child.
Login to your Membership Toolkit account to donate online or donate by check. Checks payable to WCE PTO can be dropped off in the West Clay front office or sent in a sealed envelope in your child's folder.

Birthday Book Club
Support the Media Center at West Clay Elementary!
The Birthday Book Club is intended to help extend our Media Center Book Collection. Your child is allowed to choose a book from the selected group of new arrivals in the Media Center during their birthday month. We will then prepare a bookplate with your child's name and date of birth and attach it to the selected book. The book will be checked out to your child for two weeks before it is placed on the library shelf.
The book club funds will be used to purchase additional titles. Children with summer birthdays will also be included and can select books in August or May. Purchase a birthday book below! Once you remit payment, you'll be redirected to a form to include your child's information for their bookplate (or click the link that pops up to be redirected quicker). Birthday Book orders will end on September 17, 2021.
