• Tuesday, August 27 (8am). Guest speaker: Gary Clevenger (CCS Director of Transportation)

• Thursday, October 24 (8am). Guest speaker: Dr. Michael Beresford (CCS Superintendent)

• Tuesday, February 4 (8am). Guest speakers: Kelli Jones (WCE School Social Worker), Beth Galloway (WCE Cafeteria Manager), and Megan Wilson (CCS Registered Dietician Nutritionist)

• Tuesday, April 1 (8am). Voting on: proposed 2025-2026 PTO Board, proposed bylaws, and proposed 2025-2026 budget

• Monday, May 19 (8:30am). Voting on: adding a budget line item for courtyard furniture. Please join us in person or on Zoom, so we have quorum to hold a vote.
