Event & Marketing Submissions
Carmel Clay Schools does not market or promote products, services, events, or opportunities to staff, students, or families. All promotion or distribution inquiries from established CCS community partners must be submitted to the Community Relations office at communications@ccs.k12.in.us for review and consideration.
Please do not solicit school staff or send materials directly to PTOs. "Backpack" mail is strictly prohibited, and any materials dropped off at schools will be discarded.

Community Calendar
The best and most frequently approved method for publicizing your event is through the Community Calendar. All events are reviewed prior to publishing and may include for-profit opportunities relevant to Carmel families.
1) Use the green plus button at top of calendar to create your event. |

2) Your event will be reviewed and automatically posted if accepted. |

3) Events may be edited to adhere to CCS standards. | |
4) Due to volume of requests, you may not be notified about the status of your posting. |
5) Use the Notes or Description section to add details of your event. Links may be included. Images can not be embedded. Text should be used for accessibility. Links may also be used for additional information.
