Catering

The Carmel Clay Schools Food and Nutrition Department welcomes you to our catering service! We proudly offer our catering program to CCS employees for school events.

Booking

To schedule your event, please contact:

• Anne Marie Woerner (Assistant Food Service Coordinator) at awoerner@ccs.k12.in.us, or extension #1031.

Please have the following details ready when placing your order:

• Date, time, and location of the event.
• Primary contact name, phone number, and email address.
• Approximate number of attendees and your selected menu items.

Deadlines & Details

• Catering must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the event.
• Any changes to guest counts or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• The person placing the order is fully responsible for reserving and arranging all rooms, tables, table setups, and trash receptacles.

What's Included in Your Quote:

• All selected menu items.
• Disposable plates, flatware, and serving utensils.
• Paper tablecloths and seasonal or requested décor.
• Invoices are based on your menu selection and emailed to the primary contact at the end of each month.
