Food Services - Catering


On behalf of Carmel Clay Schools Food and Nutrition Department, we would like to welcome you to our catering division!  Here are some guidelines and key information to help you along the way to scheduling your catered event:


Catering Guidelines


  • Contact Heidi Babcock, Catering Manager, at or (317) 846-7721, Extension #7290
  • Catering must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Any changes in quantities to be served or cancelations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event date.

  • Person placing the order is fully responsible for reserving/arranging any and all rooms and tables needed for the event.

When placing your order please be prepared with:
* Date of Event
* Time of Event
* Contact Name
* Contact Phone Number             
* Approximate Number of Attendees
* Selected Menu Items     


Invoicing will be sent to the contact person at the end of every month

Included in your Event’s Quoted Price:
* Menu Items Selected
* Disposable Plates and Flatware
* Serving utensils
* Tablecloths
* Seasonal Décor/ Requested Décor
