Catering
On behalf of Carmel Clay Schools Food and Nutrition Department, we welcome you to our catering service! Here are some guidelines and key information to help you along the way to scheduling your catered event:
BOOKING
- Contact Anne Marie Woerner, Assistant Food Service Coordinator via email awoerner@ccs.k12.in.us or phone extension #1031
- Catering must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the event date
- Any changes in quantities to be served or cancelations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event
- Person placing the order is fully responsible for reserving/ arranging any and all rooms, tables, table set-up, and trash receptacles
When placing your order please be prepared with:
- Date of Event
- Time of Event
- Location
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number AND email address
- Approximate Number of Attendees
- Selected Menu Items
PRICING
Invoicing will be determined based on selected menu items, and the invoice will be sent to the contact person at the end of every month.

- Disposable Plates and Flatware
- Serving Utensils
- Paper Tablecloths
- Seasonal Décor/Requested Décor
