We are usually able to let participants join a class mid-session at a prorated fee. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or go ahead and register!

NEW - $50/Month Unlimited Group Fitness Pass!

With a payroll deduction of $50/month you can have unlimited access to all group fitness classes. Start and stop the pass at any time. Continue registering for your usual classes to reserve a spot and feel free to use the pass for any other classes with availability. Once registered, you will receive a laminated pass.

Personal Training is a great way to jump start or reinvigorate your workout. Book a trainer for a solo session or with up to 3 friends.

For just $10 ($5 more to add a spouse) and paid through payroll deductions, enjoy 24-hour access to the Fitness Studio. The two rooms currently feature 9 cardio machines:  treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike and rowing machine; and plenty of strength training options: cable machine, dumbbell rack, leg and upper body machines, medicine balls, and more. TEAM CCS 2025 Season Announced!

Join in the fun and help charities at the same time! Register for the races using the CCS Code to receive a discount. CCS will pay HALF of your race and payroll deduct you for the other half for employees only. Spouses can receive the race discount but you will be payroll deducted for their full amount.
