Experiencing ANY Loss/Trauma? Struggling getting through the holidays? Yogi Angela Compton is a certified Grief Yoga Instructor. Grief Yoga is for anyone experiencing loss or trauma. It involves calming breathing techniques, gentle movement and restorative Yoga postures. NO yoga experience necessary. Accessible to all levels. Please dress in Yoga attire.
