Add Backup Two-Factor

Have you ever had a situation where your two-factor authentication for the staff portal failed? We do not expect this to happen often, but a second 2-factor method provides a solid backup option in case it does.

In most cases, SMS is the primary method for enabling two-factor authentication for the portal. Please consider adding the Google Authenticator app as another option.

Once added, the app will become a secondary way to two-factor into the portal. If a user tries to log in and the SMS message does not come, they can select Try another method. 
 

When prompted, enter the password again, then open the Google Authenticator app and enter the code to log in to the CCS portal.
