Canva Sheets is a visual-first spreadsheet tool that combines data and design, enabling users to transform raw data into compelling visual content. It includes AI-powered features like Magic Charts for instant data visualization and Magic Formulas for calculations.

Consider using Canva Sheets for:

• Progress Reports
• Inventory Lists
• Grade or Score Visualization

To start a new Canva Sheet, select Canva in the Staff Portal.

Select Create in the top left

 

Select Sheets, then choose between a blank new sheet (1) or a template (2).

 

Select a cell to start adding data or import an existing file.
