New Help Desk Coming Soon!

Kayako is retiring and we are launching a brand new help desk ticket system in its place. Look for the Help Desk Tickets tile in the CCS staff portal - you'll be logged in automatically! Submitting a ticket in the new system is easy - choose your ticket type from a list of choices, describe your issue, hit submit, and a member of the technology staff will respond. You can also submit a ticket by emailing tickets@ccs.incidentiq.com.

  • Wednesday, September 8 - Tech Coordinators start using the new help desk
  • Tuesday, September 14 - all staff start using the new help desk
