Creating Customized Signatures in Outlook

Use customized Outlook signatures to instantly insert templates for common email responses and frequently asked questions!

In Webmail and New Outlook

Select the Settings Gear.

Select Account (1) > Signatures (2).

Locate the default signature used every day and copy it using Ctrl+C.

Select New signature.

Name the signature something related to the frequently asked question (1), then paste the everyday default signature into the text box (2).

Above the signature, add the needed text. Select Save.

To insert this new custom signature, reply to a message and select Signature on the top toolbar. Choose the custom signature from the drop-down menu.

In Old Outlook App

Navigate to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

Locate the default signature used every day and copy it using Ctrl+C. Select New.

Above the signature, add the needed text. Select OK

To insert this new custom signature, reply to a message and right-click on the signature in the email. Choose the custom signature from the drop-down menu.
