Staff members with a district voicemail box can manage missed calls and listen to messages directly from a web browser using MiCollab. This tool provides a convenient way to stay connected without needing to access a physical desk phone.
How to Access MiCollab
In the Portal, search for MiCollab Voicemail.
Log in with your CCS username and password.
Voicemail on the Go
Access voicemail messages anywhere! On the Micollab homepage, select Phone, the Voicemail. MiCollab may ask to verify the voicemail PIN. If the PIN needs to be reset, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
New voicemails appear in bold. Select a message, then choose Play to listen to it or Delete to remove it from both the web and the desk phone. To return a call, select Call Back to initiate the connection through the desk phone.
Checking Missed Calls
On the left-hand navigation, select Phone, then Missed to view missed calls.
