Carmel Clay Schools invites elementary school parents to an information session on Indiana529 Direct Savings Plans!

Date & Time: Monday, March 24th, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Location: Carmel High School Auditorium

Planning for your child’s education costs is easier than you think! This session will help families understand how to set up an Indiana529 plan and explore its benefits:

Tax Advantages: State income tax credits and tax-free growth.

Low Contribution Minimums: Start an account with as little as $10.

Flexible Savings Options: Use funds at eligible post-high school institutions.

Presenter: Phillip Waddles, Senior Institutional Relationship Manager for Indiana529, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services. He is passionate about helping families save for education.

TME Coyote Carnival 2025

Friday, March 21, 5:30-8:00 p.m.

It is PTO Carnival Time! This fun TME family event needs many volunteers to make the evening run smoothly. We need help during the day as well as that night. Don't forget baked good donations for the always delightful Sweet Shop.

Towne Meadow will be celebrating our district-wide Culture of Care Week March-17-21, with the theme “Wellness Camp”! Culture of Care is about celebrating and strengthening our building and district culture in order to cultivate an environment that supports the growth of each individual adult or child. We do this by engaging in activities that promote connection and care for our community, our school and ourselves.

TME Life skills and Functional Academics Program (FAP) are collaborating to make a coffee cart to provide free snacks for teachers. Students will work at the cart to develop social skills, following sequence, directions, language and math! Donate through our Amazon Wish List below.

Towne Meadow Elementary is excited to welcome our new and returning families to the 2024- 2025 school year. We are eager to partner with parents and caregivers to provide support in any way possible. We work with several community resources to meet an array of student and family needs. Resources available to students and families include, but are not limited to, food, clothing, coats, shoes, school activities, and mental health resources. 

If you are interested in receiving assistance this school year, please complete the following form. Form replies will be submitted directly to Dani Lafferman, school social worker, and will be kept confidential from all other Carmel Clay School staff and students. If your family is not in need of financial assistance or referral for services, you do not need to complete this form.

All volunteers must have a criminal history background check done prior to volunteering at school.  If you are a new volunteer, please make certain you have a completed Criminal History Background Check on file.  If you have multiple students who attend multiple schools in Carmel, you only need one criminal background check.  Your student's school administration will be contacted when the criminal background report is complete.
