TME Coyotes Day at Victory Field - Indianapolis Indians vs Columbus Clippers -Sunday June 14, 2026, 1:35 p.m.

Let's go cheer on the Indianapolis Indians. Kids Eat Free Sunday, all children 14 and under receive a free hot dog, bag of chips and a Prairie Farms milk with price of admission.

 Kindergarten enrollment for fall 2026 begins on January 12, 2026. Timely registration is appreciated as it assists with our Kindergarten screening appointments and future classroom staffing needs.

TME Life skills and Functional Academics Program (FAP) are launching our coffee cart collaboration to provide free snacks for teachers twice per month.

Students work at the cart to develop social skills, following sequence, directions, language and math! Donate through our Amazon Wish List.

Our first late start of the year is next week, Wednesday, August 13. The Late Start Wednesdays occur every two weeks. The start of school is delayed by 40 minutes. Bus schedules and school carpool arrival is delayed by 40 minutes as well. Carpool drop-off begins no earlier than 8:05 am.

Does your student need supervision on Late Start Wednesdays? Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation is offering a Before School program at TME. You can drop your student off as early as 7:00 am. Pre-registration on the CCPR EZChildtrack is required in advance, no walk-ins permitted. Cost is $10 per session and includes breakfast.

Towne Meadow Elementary is excited to welcome our new and returning families to the 2025-2026 school year! We recognize that when students and their families have their needs met, students are better equipped to focus on learning and succeed in school. Therefore, we are happy to partner with parents and caregivers to provide support in any way possible. We work with several community resources to meet an array of student and family needs.

If you are currently in need of assistance, please fill out the form below. This information will be kept in strictest confidence. If you have more than one child it is only necessary to complete one form. If your family is not in need of financial assistance or referral for services, you do not need to complete this form.

All volunteers must have a criminal history background check done prior to volunteering at school.  If you are a new volunteer, please make certain you have a completed Criminal History Background Check on file.  If you have multiple students who attend multiple schools in Carmel, you only need one criminal background check.  Your student's school administration will be contacted when the criminal background report is complete.
