Kids Heart Challenge
Students will travel through the heart obstacle course and learn several ways to jump rope and increase their cardiovascular endurance. February is also the time to log onto the Kids Heart Challenge app. This app is full of great resources for healthy hearts, hands only CPR and an optional donation to the American Heart Association.
