Shopping starts in your child's media time beginning this Monday, November 18th.
Gift card guide for Parents & Family
Gift cards are an easy student payment method that won’t get lost in a backpack—and they make great gifts for teachers and librarians. You can also donate gift cards to your school to help make sure every student can shop the book fair!
Literati gift cards can be purchased online at fairs.literati.com, and they can be used for both online orders and in-person purchases. Leftover balances can be used at future Literati Book Fairs or throughout the year at your Literati School Store.
Gift card codes will be delivered via email. To redeem a gift card, present or enter in your code at checkout. If you’re sending a gift card to another recipient, they’ll know who it came from.
- Go to fairs.literati.com.
- Select the “GIFT CARDS” tab at the top of the page.
- Choose a gift card amount.
- Designate the recipient as a student or educator, then click Add to Cart to continue.
- Input the recipient’s name and email address, then your name and an optional message. Click Add to cart and continue to checkout.

Join us for an evening to showcase the remarkable areas of Media, Art, STEM, Music, and Wellness at West Clay!
You and your family will have an opportunity to visit each of these areas and learn about the incredible activities that take place while your child is in class.
- Choir will showcase performances at 5:45 pm and 6:45 pm.
- Book fair will be open in the media center and you are invited to shop with your family.
- Student artwork will be on display.
- Food trucks will be located in the front parking lot.

Meet the Author Jerry Pallotta
December 18, 2024!
Jerry Pallotta will be visiting West Clay Elementary on December 18, 2024! As a children's book author, his most notable work is the Who Would Win? book series. Books will be signed by the author (without a dedication) for students who have purchased a book and turned in the blue form sent home from school.
If you would like to order a book, please use the link below. If you would like a signed copy, the blue form must be turned in to school by November 20th. Book sales close on November 20th!
Annual CCS Holiday Lights
Recycling Drive
(In partnership with Carmel Utilities, White’s Ace Hardware and Technology Recyclers)
Drop off your unwanted strands of holiday lights in the boxes placed in the lobby of WCE from November 20th - January 8th.
This environmentally friendly program offers an alternative to sending strands of holiday lights to landfill!
